Hi! I’m Nick Higgins. I’m a keynote speaker and educator who helps people find meaning and fulfillment in the work they already do.
My journey from ministry to sales, to teaching, and into tech leadership taught me that success without alignment always feels incomplete. Through years of leading teams, mentoring professionals, and speaking to audiences of all sizes, I’ve developed a simple but powerful framework: Define → Align → Shine.
Drawing on my leadership experience and my MBA in Strategic HR Management from George Fox University, I bring a blend of storytelling, insight, and practical tools that help people reconnect with what drives them and thrive right where they are.
